Contract between Us and the Customer

When you place an order to purchase items using our website this is an offer by you to us to purchase those items. We will confirm receipt of your order by contacting you on your phone or mobile number and sending you an email summarizing the details of your order ("Order Confirmation email"). The contract between us is formed at the point we send the Order Confirmation email in respect of those items mentioned in the email. If your order contained a number of items and the Order Confirmation email mentions on some of them, those items which have yet to be dispatched to you do not form part of that contract.

All delivery times are estimates only and some products may take longer due to circumstances beyond our control.

Our Customer Care and Service Centre will contact you with expected delivery days and time upon receipt of your order.

Please note some products may take longer due to shortages from the manufacturers. Our Call Centre will advise you of this upon receipt of order.

You will need to register with us to purchase items using our website. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account username and password and for preventing unauthorized access to your profile. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. Please take all necessary steps to ensure that the username and password is kept confidential and secure. Please inform us immediately by phone if you have any reason to believe that your username and/or password has become known to anyone else, or are being, or are likely to be, used in an unauthorized manner. Please ensure the details you provide us with on registration are correct and complete and inform us immediately of any changes to those details (e.g. change of email or postal address). You can access and update your registration details using the 'My Account' area of the website.

We reserve the right to refuse access to the website, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders at our discretion.

Product Availability

At Theroseuae.com we carry huge stock holdings of products at our Distribution Centre to ensure speedy delivery of your ordered items. However, under certain circumstances if a product is unavailable, the customer will be informed about the same.


Products are invoiced in UAE Dirham (AED). Delivery is charged extra. Please refer to Delivery Information on this site for details. Although we try to ensure that all prices on the website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of items you have ordered, we will contact you as soon as possible. You will have the option of either reconfirming your order at the correct price or canceling it. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat your order in respect of the incorrectly priced item as cancelled. Prices displayed on the Website apply to online purchases only. They are not indicative of the price of identical items purchased at any other store or by any other means. We reserve the right to update prices displayed on the website from time to time and once updated, they cannot be claimed against an order that has already been confirmed or delivered.

Changes in Price and Availability

Theroseuae.com may change the price of any item on the site from time to time as it sees fit. Prices are subject to change without notice. Theroseuae.com will not issue refunds in the event that a price decrease occurs after a customer has made a purchase. Theroseuae.com does not guarantee that any item will be in-stock or that any item will continue to be carried. Selection of inventory will change as Theroseuae.com sees fit and is subject to change without notice.

What do I need to know when receiving my order?

Carefully read the information below regarding the proper handling of your new equipment. Following these guidelines will make your experience with our Customer Care easier and more pleasant and will help expedite any transactions.

Upon receipt of your new merchandise, please inspect it carefully as to its contents and condition.

All claims for damaged or missing items MUST be reported to Theroseuae.com within twelve (12) business hours of receipt of merchandise.

In the event your package arrives damaged, it is the responsibility of the customer to contact Theroseuae.com and inform about it. Theroseuae.com will then investigate the matter and authorize replace the unit if the claim or complaint deems fit.

All packaging MUST be retained until the problem has been resolved. Please DO NOT damage the manufacturer's packaging.


You may pay for the items which you order Online by providing your PayPal or by Cash on Delivery. Please note that we cannot guarantee the security of your data when you send us confidential information by Email. Accordingly please do not send us payment information using Email. For details of the security measures we employ, please read our Privacy Policy. We cannot be held liable for any losses caused as a result of unauthorized access to the personal and transactional information you provide to us when placing an order. In order to protect the website visitors to the best of our knowledge, we implement several security policies and certificates. These layers of protection could be by-passed if the user's computer is/was infected with a virus or malicious software. Theroseuae.com or its associated partners and employers cannot be held responsible in such a scenario or circumstance.


Please note that if you order a number of items for delivery to the same address, they may be dispatched separately and we cannot guarantee delivery of all the items on the same day. We make every effort to dispatch items on time. If we are unable to deliver the items within our normal timeframe, we will inform you about the same well in advance. Cancellation fee (if applicable) will be deducted prior to refunding the amount. If the items are not delivered within the time period we specify in the Order Confirmation Email, please contact our Customer Care Department quoting the order number contained in your Order Confirmation Email. Delivery occurs when the items are delivered to the delivery address you specified when placing your order. After this point, responsibility for loss, breakage and damage passes to you. Ownership of items purchased does not pass to you until payment is received by us in full.

You will provide valid and true details to an Theroseuae.com Customer Care agent, who will contact you on your mobile phone to confirm the order and delivery details. Your Order status can be tracked online through the "See Orders" link after logging into your account.

Please make necessary arrangements for payments and authorize an individual to accept the goods in your absence. Theroseuae.com will NOT visit your location more than THREE (3) times per order; all further attempts will be charged extra.

If the order is cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order, no cancellation charges will apply (Order has to be cancelled either by email - therose.uae@gmail.com or by calling out Customer

Prior to breaking the factory seal, please ensure that the model number on the packing / carton matches YOUR ORDER.

Goods broken open from the factory packing or switched on cannot be accepted for EXCHANGE or REPLACEMENT.

In case the goods are DAMAGED or INCOMPLETE or INCORRECT - please inform Theroseuae.com (by email or phone) within 12 hours of delivery.

We are not responsible for defects resulting from improper or unreasonable use or maintenance; failure to follow operating instructions; accident; excess moisture; insects; lightning; power surges; connections to improper voltage supply; unauthorized alteration or modification of original condition; damages caused by inadequate packing or shipping procedures; loss of, damage to or corruption of stored data; damages caused by use with third-party products/applications; product that requires modification or adaptation to enable it to operate in any country other than the country for which it was designed, manufactured, approved and/or authorized, or repair of products damaged by these modifications; and products purchased from unauthorized dealers.
