How to Use
Apply the Glow Wand directly to the areas you want to brighten and illuminate.Use it on the high points of the face, such as the tops of the cheekbones, bridge of the nose, cupid’s bow and brow bone. It can also be used to brighten the under-eye area.Gently tap and blend the product into the skin using your fingertips, sponge or makeup brush.For use with powder foundation, Tarte recommends that the Glow Wand can be applied either before foundation or directly afterward. Tapping the product into the skin rather than sweeping helps maintain the finish.
